New Delhi: Navratna PSU SJVN Limited has informed stock exchanges about a change in its senior management following the superannuation of Mr. Anil Kumar.
According to the exchange filing made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Anil Kumar ceased to be part of the company’s senior management on January 30, 2026, with effect from the close of business hours, due to retirement.
The company clarified that the change is part of the normal course of administrative processes and is not linked to any operational or strategic shift. SJVN also stated that its business operations remain unaffected by this development.
