SJVN CMD visited 1320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project
He emphasized the importance of working tirelessly to meet the target of commissioning Unit #1 by 31st December 2024.
Bihar: Sh. Sushil Sharma, Chairman & Managing Director, SJVN Limited visited 1320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project at Chausa, Bihar. Accompanied by CEO of STPL and senior officials, Sh. Sharma took stock of key areas including Main Boiler, Turbine Area, Central Control Room at 17m level, Fuel Oil Pump House and Coal Handling Plant area ETC. to assess progress of project.
Sh. Sharma had a Progress Review Meeting with Head of Departments of project and senior officials from M/s L&T. He emphasized the importance of working tirelessly to meet the target of commissioning Unit #1 by 31st December 2024. He also asserted entire STPL Team, urging them to put forth their best efforts in achieving critical milestones of Boiler Light-Up of Unit #1 by 30th September 2024 and commissioning by 31st December 2024. Additionally, Sh. Sharma congratulated the entire Team on recent recognition of SJVN as a Navratna CPSE.
