Eligibility & Exemptions

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are eligible for exemptions from experience and turnover criteria as per MSME policy.
DPIIT-registered startups also receive similar exemptions.
MSE purchase preference up to L1 + 15% is applicable.
Mandatory documents include PAN, GSTIN, OEM authorization, and specified undertakings.

Sellers quoting zero or NIL prices for any line item will be declared non-responsive and rejected.

Performance Security & Other Conditions

Successful bidders must submit an ePBG of 5%, valid for 14 months.

Mandatory registration on the TReDS platform is required for MSE vendors before award of contract.

The purchaser has included an option clause, enabling quantity or duration increase up to 25% at the time of contract issuance.
