Eligibility & Exemptions

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are eligible for exemptions from experience and turnover criteria as per MSME policy.

MSE purchase preference up to L1 + 15% is applicable.

Mandatory registration on the TReDS platform is required for MSE vendors before award of contract.
The purchaser has included an option clause, enabling quantity or duration increase up to 25% at the time of contract issuance.
