Two Airports in Madhya Pradesh emerges as top rankers in survey conducted by AAI
Bhopal, Khajuraho, and Udaipur Airports rank highest in AAI’s Jan-June 2025 survey with perfect 5 out of 5 scores, reflecting strong passenger satisfaction.

Bhopal, Khajuraho, and Udaipur Airports achieve perfect scores in AAI’s Jan-June 2025 passenger satisfaction survey
Airport Authority of India (AAI) has conducted a nationwide customer satisfaction survey for the January-June 2025 period and Airports in Bhopal, Khajuraho, and Udaipur have secured the highest rank, as per the officials.
These three airports have received a perfect score of 5 out of 5 in the survey according to AAI. The survey covers 60 of the 62 operational AAI-managed airports and excluded Jaisalmer Airport in Rajasthan and Tezpur Airport in Assam.
The Bhopal and Khajuraho airports in Madhya Pradesh including Rajasthan’s Udaipur airport have been emerged as top performers in terms of passenger satisfaction. As per the officials the ranking is based on direct feedback from passengers during the six month period.

The Rupsi Airport in Assam has recorded the lowest customer satisfaction score, with a rating of 2.65.
The Khajuraho Airport which is located in Chhatarpur district has given a remarkable performance in terms of serving significant number of foreign tourists visiting the region's renowned temple complexes. The airport’s inclusion in the top three is a testament towards growing improvement in service quality even in smaller Indian cities as observed by many travelers.
