Visakhapatnam, 26 May 2025: The government-backed Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has announced some changes in its board. Two Independent Directors have completed their tenure with effect from 26 May 2025.
This is to inform you that the following directors ceased to be independent directors of the company on 26/05/2025, after completing the three-year tenure of their appointment, as per the filing.
Consequently, they also ceased to be members of all the Board Committees effective from 26/05/2025.

Shri Rajat Sachar: He completed his Master's in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics in 1984 and joined the Indian Economic Services in 1985.
Shri Vinod Kumar Pipersenia: He is an Ex-IAS Officer (1980 batch) of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre and retired as Chief Secretary, Assam. He served in various positions both in the Government of Assam and the Government of India.
