Workshop on the form of 'HR Vision 2025' of Coal India Limited concluded at WCL
'HR Vision 2025' workshop on the draft of this vision was organized today at WCL. Officers of personnel department from all sectors participated in this workshop.

New Delhi: In order to integrate the changes in the field of human resource from time to time and to meet the coal needs of the country, for proper coordination of human resources, 'HR Vision 2025' is being formulated by Coal India Limited. A workshop on the draft of this vision was organized today at WCL. Officers of personnel department from all sectors participated in this workshop.
During the workshop, Vinay Ranjan, Director (Personnel & Industrial Relations), Coal India Limited addressed the participants through video conferencing. In his address, he said that 'HR Vision 2025' will be a common vision of all. Describing the importance of 'HR Vision 2025' in the changing context, he asked everyone to ensure its implementation after the formulation of this vision.
Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Director (Personnel), WCL was present as the chief guest in the inaugural function of this workshop. In his address, he emphasized on making the human resource of the company more efficient and developing the ability of the employees to work fast. He urged for incorporation of principles in line with the present needs as well as the future requirements in 'HR Vision 2025'. He conveyed his best wishes for the success of the workshop.
Mr. Charles Juster, General Manager (Personnel), Northern Coalfields Limited, was present in this workshop as keynote speaker and coordinator.
He talked in detail on various aspects of human resource and took suggestions from everyone in this regard. During this the officers present were divided into 10 teams who gave their presentations on various aspects of this 'HR Vision 2025'. The suggestions received during the interaction and interaction of the officers present were discussed in detail and suitable suggestions were included in the format of 'HR Vision 2025'.
