Shares of NTPC Ltd surges over by 0.63% as the company has announced that it will declare the financial results on 24th May, 2025.

According to the exchange filing, the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at New Delhi on Saturday, 24th May 2025, to inter-alia, consider & approve the following:

Annual Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended on 31st March 2025 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board.

With Subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, recommendation of final dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any.
