According to the exchange filing made, it is informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th July 2025, inter-alia to consider and approve unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025.

Further, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of RailTel has already been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 till expiry of forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025.
RailTel shares are currently trading down by 0.27% at Rs 400.55. The stock has opened today at Rs 403.35 and reached an intraday high of Rs 403.95 at BSE.
