Ms. Vinita Narera IRSSE of 2000-batch, who is currently serving as Chief Vigilance Officer of Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. (REC), Delhi has been given the additional charge as CVO of Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd. (SJVNL).

Ms. Vinita Narera IRSSE of 2000-batch, who is currently serving as Chief Vigilance Officer of Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. (REC), Delhi has been given the additional charge as CVO of Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd. (SJVNL), Shimla for a period of six months till the appointment of a regular CVO in SJVN Ltd.
Ms. Narera is a seasoned officer of 2000 batch of the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) and is presently serving as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC Ltd).

This interim appointment, effective for a period of six months or until a regular CVO is appointed, reflects the confidence of the Government of India in her expertise, leadership, and impeccable service record.
The academic path of Ms. Vinita Narera is illustrated as follows:
She holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics from NIT Raipur, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
Further to sharpen the leadership capabilities, she pursued MBA in Strategic Leadership and Public Policy from IIT Madras.
Recently, she has completed a prestigious International Strategy Programme in National Security and Strategic Studies at the National Defence College (NDC), New Delhi. It is a course that equips senior officers for top strategic and policy roles.
