NTPC HR Professional Ms Pratibha Singh becomes ILO SCOPE Network Champion
New Delhi: Ms. Pratibha Singh, DGM (HR),EOC has been certified as ILO SCOPE Network Champion by Ms. Dagmar Walter, Director-India, ILO and Mr Atul Sobti, Director General SCOPE.
Ms. Singh was a part of team of ‘’Network Champions’’ did her final PSU Pilot Session at NHPC, Faridabad at the end of the whole module taken by Ms. Malika Basu, Gender Analyst of ILO.
Shri A.N.Verma, ED (HR) also provided his support to the initiative and appreciated the employees' efforts.
International Labour Organization (ILO) in association with Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) has launched ‘Network of Champions’ with 12 members, both men and women selected from various PSUs for promoting Women’s Career Advancement for a period of 3 years. These champions have the responsibility of being ‘change agents’ to encourage gender equality diversity and address gender issues in PSUs NTPC family congratulates Ms. Pratibha for her acheivment.
