Bank of India extends tenure of two Executive Directors of Bank
Two executive directors of the Bank of India have gotten extensions in their tenure.

Shri P R Rajagopal, Executive Director of Bank of India, has gotten an extension beyond his currently notified term, which is ending on 28.02.2026, till the date of superannuation, i.e., 31.07.2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
He has been appointed as Executive Director of the Bank of India and assumed charge on 21.11.2022. Shri Kumar is a B.Sc., MBA & CAIIB qualified banker. He has over 27 years of experience in commercial banks/asset management companies.
Shri Subrat Kumar, Executive Director, has got an extension for a period of three years beyond his currently notified term, which is ending on 20.11.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He is a commerce graduate and Bachelor of Law (BL).
He started his career at the Bank of India as an officer in 1995 and became a senior manager in 2000. Seconded to the Indian Banks' Association as legal adviser and was with IBA till 2004 till repatriation to the Bank of India. He joined Union Bank of India in 2004 and was elevated to the rank of general manager in the year 2016. On elevation to the position of Executive Director, he joined Allahabad Bank on 01.03.2019.
