NTPC Green Energy signs MoU with CtrlS Datacenter Limited for development of RE Projects
The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards the development of Renewable Energy Projects of 2 GW capacity.
New Delhi: NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CtrlS Datacenter Limited (CtrlS) on 31st Oct’ 2025 in New Delhi.
The MoU was signed by Sh. Sarit Maheshwari, CEO (NGEL & NTPC REL) and Sh. Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Founder & Chairman, CtrlS Datacenter Ltd.
The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards the development of Renewable Energy Projects of 2 GW capacity or more for the supply of RE RTC power to CtrlS Datacenters on pan-India basis for their captive consumption.
