RailTel Corporation bags significant contract from Cotton Corporation of India worth Rs 38.59 crore

New Delhi, 27 August: Navaratna PSU, RailTel Corporation of India Ltd., has announced that the company has received the work order from Cotton Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI).

The work order is for renewal of cloud data center hosting for hardware and software for Oracle EBS, e-Office, BITS, Cotbiz & Kapas Kisan applications. The timeline to complete the order is 14 October 2032. The size of the order as per the work order is Rs. 3,859,270,450/- (excluding tax).

The Cotton Corporation of India Limited, or CCI, is a central public sector undertaking under the ownership of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, engaged in diverse activities related to trade, procurement, and export of cotton.

Shares of RailTel are closed at Rs 279.00, down by 0.68% at BSE.
