BPCL Interim Dividend for FY2025-26, Check Record Date

New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 7.5/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each i.e. 75% for the financial year 2025-26 at its meeting held on 31st October 2025. It may kindly be noted that the above dividend would be paid only through electronic mode on or before 29th November 2025, the company states.

The Board of Directors has fixed Friday, 7th November 2025, as the Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said Interim Dividend.
