Bank of Baroda Bags Multiple Honours at SKOCH Summit Awards 2026
New Delhi: Bank of Baroda has been recognised for its digital innovation and customer-centric initiatives at the prestigious SKOCH Summit Awards 2026, held in New Delhi on March 28, 2026. The bank secured accolades across three categories, reinforcing its growing leadership in digital banking transformation.
The bank was awarded the Gold Award for its flagship initiative “bob E Pay – UPI Global Connect,” which reflects its efforts to expand seamless cross-border digital payment solutions. In addition, it received Silver Awards for “bob World (Re-KYC)” and “bob World Business Applications,” both of which aim to enhance user experience and streamline banking services for retail and business customers.
The SKOCH Awards are regarded among the highest independent honours in India, recognising excellence in governance, financial inclusion, and contributions to national development. The recognition highlights Bank of Baroda’s continued commitment to leveraging technology to improve accessibility and efficiency in financial services.
The awards were received by Suresh K, General Manager – Digital Banking, and Vipin Kumar Bhatt, Deputy General Manager – Digital Banking, on behalf of the bank. Their leadership in driving digital initiatives has been instrumental in strengthening the bank’s innovation-led growth strategy.
