MECON prepares Revival plans for HEC

NEW DELHI . MECON Limited has prepared a Revival and Modernization Plan for HEC by envisaging a comprehensive overhaul of HEC`s plants and facilities. The Plan has been further augmented and additional schemes have been included for a more comprehensive overhaul of the Plants and systems of HEC. The total cost of modernization after pre-operating expenses adds up to Rs. 956.48 crore.

An MoU was signed with CINITMASH of Russia for technology for Nuclear and Defence

items and with Rosatom, the State Atomic Energy Corporation
