NRHQ Nurtures Students through Public Speaking and Anchoring Workshop
A total of 28 students from NTPC Unchahar and NTPC Tanda schools, along with their teachers, participated enthusiastically.
Under the guidance of Shri Goutam Deb, RED (North), NRHQ organised a two-day workshop on Public Speaking and Anchoring for students of NTPC stations in the Northern Region. The workshop, held at EDC Unchahar, aimed to enhance communication skills and stage confidence among school children from Classes VIII to X.
Shri Goutam Deb, RED (North) inaugurated the workshop virtually in the presence of Shri Samiran Sinha Ray, RHOHR, NRHQ. The sessions were conducted by The Lead Navigators and included practical demonstrations on various aspects of public speaking, such as articulation, expression, and voice modulation.

The participants were given opportunity to speak on selected topics and received personalised feedback to improve diction, clarity, and confidence.
The interactive workshop reaffirmed NTPC’s commitment to fostering holistic development among the children of NTPC families and its extended stakeholder community.
