Cochin Shipyard signed MoU with Drydocks World and DP World
A Tripartite MoU was signed to jointly develop an industry-ready maritime workforce of international standards by bridging skill gaps through internationally aligned training programs.
New Delhi, October 30, 2025: Cochin Shipyard Limited, Drydocks World, a DP World company, the Centre of Excellence in Maritime and Shipbuilding (CEMS) and Drydocks World Dubai (DDW) signed a Tripartite MoU to jointly develop an industry-ready maritime workforce of international standards by bridging skill gaps through internationally aligned training programs.
The MoU was signed among Shri. Madhu S Nair, CMD CSL, Mr. K Sethu Madhavan, Chief Executive Officer, CEMS & Capt Rado Antolovic , CEO DDW during India Maritime Week 2025, in the presence of Shri. Sarbananda Sonowal, Hon’ble minister, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (India) and H.E. Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DP World.
