DFCCIL Invites Applications for General Manager (Finance) Post on Deputation Basis

Noida, March 17, 2026 – The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has released Vacancy Notice No. 10/2026, inviting applications for the position of General Manager (Finance) at its corporate office in Noida. The appointment will be on a deputation basis with a tenure of three years, extendable up to five years subject to Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) approval.

• Post: General Manager (Finance)

• Service Eligibility:

  • IRAS officers of Indian Railways

  • Central/State Government officers, CPSUs, and other government organizations with minimum 50% central government stake

• Pay & Allowances: Parent pay plus deputation allowance, along with all DFCCIL perks

• Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as on closing date

• Eligibility:

  • Officers working in SAG (Level-14) or SG (Level-13) with at least 17 years of Group ‘A’ service

  • PSU employees in analogous grades (E7/E8) with required years of service

Job Description

The GM (Finance) will be responsible for:

• Handling commercial finance, accounting, taxation, and loans

• Managing funds from multi-lateral agencies

• Financial concurrence, budgeting, and corporate office financial operations

• Overseeing tenders and corporate financial planning
