Number of Posts: 2 (1 for IRCTC Ltd & 1 for IRCTC Payments Ltd)
Remuneration: Rs. 90,000/- CTC p.m.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with membership of ICSI
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
Upper Age Limit: 40 years for UR* (*relaxation as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/EWS)
Duration of Contract: Initially 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time based on requirement and performance, maximum 5 years
Place of Posting: New Delhi

Eligibility Criteria

  • Indian Nationals only

  • Must be a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI member)

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

  • Age as on 17.03.2026 must not exceed 40 years for UR candidates; relaxation applies as per Government rules

  • Candidates working in Government / PSUs must submit NOC or relieving letter at the time of interview

Job Responsibilities

  • Thorough knowledge of Company Law, Corporate & Secretarial functions

  • Compliance with Companies Act & SEBI rules & regulations

  • Organizing Board & Shareholder meetings, preparing Notices, Agendas, and Minutes

  • Maintaining records/registers as per Company Law & SEBI

  • Filing of returns with regulatory authorities and stock exchanges

  • Liaisoning with authorities and excellent drafting and communication skills required

Remuneration & Allowances

  • CTC: Rs. 90,000/- per month

  • Other Allowances: As per contractual norms (leave, performance award, night duty, medical reimbursement, etc.)

  • No TA/DA for attending the interview

Selection Process

  • Walk-in Interview based on credentials and performance

  • Shortlisted candidates placed in order of merit

  • Equal number of candidates will be on Reserve Panel

  • Medical fitness is mandatory

  • Contract may be terminated with one-month notice if performance is unsatisfactory

  • Original documents + one set of attested copies

  • Two recent passport size photographs

  • Proof of educational qualifications, experience, category, date of birth

Application Submission

  • Fill in the application form completely

  • Submit at the venue on the day of Walk-in Interview

  • Only the first 100 candidates will be interviewed on the same day if more attend; remaining candidates will be interviewed on subsequent days
