MCL Announces Provisional Result for Assistant Loading Clerk Written Test 2026

Odisha, February 25, 2026 – Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), a Government of India enterprise, has released the provisional results of the written test for the post of Assistant Loading Clerk, Clerical Grade-III. The exam was held on 22nd February 2026 at DAV Public School, Anand Vihar, MCL, Burla.

The results, published by the Recruitment Department, list candidates as Pass, Fail, or Absent. However, MCL emphasized that provisional results do not guarantee final selection. Candidates will need to fulfill additional conditions, including:

1. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Candidates must qualify in the CPT. The test date will be announced shortly.

2. Final Merit List: Selection will be based on merit and vacancies as recommended by the Selection Committee.

3. Performance & Attendance: Promotable ACR ratings with no adverse entries in the last three years and minimum attendance criteria (190 days for UG & 240 days for others).

4. Vigilance & Departmental Clearance: Mandatory clearance required from relevant authorities.

The detailed list includes UM numbers of candidates who passed, failed, or were absent for the written test. This publication is part of MCL’s transparent recruitment process for internal candidates.

The final selection will depend on merit, available vacancies, and fulfilling all stipulated requirements, in line with MCL internal circulars Ref. No. 122 dated 10/04/2025 and 132 dated 11/04/2025.
