Bank of India updates Interest Payment Due Date, Record Date of various Bonds issued on Private Placement Basis

State owned Bank of India has announced the exchanges about the details of record date for annual interest payment on various bonds issued by the Bank which is due on 1st April, 2026. INE084A08169 Tier I — Series VIII with issue size of Rs 1,500 crore with coupon rate of 8.57% have interest due date on 01-04-2026 and record date on 16-03-2026.

Mumbai: State owned Bank of India has announced the exchanges about the details of record date for annual interest payment on various bonds issued by the Bank which is due on 1st April, 2026.

INE084A08169 Tier I — Series VIII with issue size of Rs 1,500 crore with coupon rate of 8.57% have interest due date on 01-04-2026 and record date on 16-03-2026.

Similarly, the remaining instrument value are also having interest date on 1 April, 2026 with record date on 16 March, 2026.

INE084A08219 LTB Infra — Series III, Rs 2,690 crore with 7.50% rate.

INE084A08235 LTB Infra — Series IV, Rs 10,000 crore with 7.23% rate.

It has been mentioned that the above record date is fixed for the purpose of ascertaining the name of Bond holders eligible to receive interest from Bank on the due date.

The Bank will pay the annual interest on 02-04-2026 as 01-04-2026 is a Bank Holiday in Mumbai.
