New Delhi, February 17, 2026: Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL), a Schedule ‘A’ Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications for the engagement of Consultant (Offshore Projects) on a contract basis for 1 year, extendable annually based on performance and project requirements.

Position Details

*Lumpsum remuneration includes last drawn basic pay, DA, and allowances. Accommodation will not be provided.

Eligibility Criteria

Retired PSU employee equivalent to General Manager or above from the Oil & Gas sector
Experience in offshore projects, process/well platforms, subsea pipelines, and modifications on existing platforms
Proven experience in strategic and high-stakes projects
Advising on contractual issues, including LD waivers, change orders, and force majeure

Pre-Employment Medical Examination (at own expense)
Police Verification Report required
Letter of Engagement: Initial 1-year term, extendable yearly based on performance
