NHSRCL Recruitment 2026: Dy. CPM (Civil) Post Open on Deputation Basis
New Delhi, June 5, 2026: The National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has issued a vacancy notice inviting applications from eligible Group A railway officers for a deputation-based appointment to the post of Deputy Chief Project Manager (Civil).
Vacancy Details
According to Vacancy Notice No. NHSRCL/DEPU/DY.CPM/(CIVIL)/12/2026, one post of Dy. CPM (Civil) is available at Vasai on a deputation basis for a tenure of five years, subject to applicable rules regarding absorption exemption beyond December 31, 2028.
Eligibility Criteria
The post is open to IRSE officers in Level-11, Level-12, or Level-13 with at least 10 years of Group A service.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in contract management and civil construction works. The maximum age limit is 55 years.
Terms and Conditions
Selected officers will receive parent pay along with deputation allowance and applicable perks as per NHSRCL policy. Applicants are required to submit a declaration confirming that they will not seek repatriation from NHSRCL for a minimum period of five years.
Application Process
Applications must be submitted through proper channel in the prescribed format available on the NHSRCL website. Zonal Railways and Production Units are required to forward applications along with vigilance clearance, DAR clearance, and APARs for the last five years at least seven days before the closing date.
The last date for submission is 21 days from the date of issue of the notification.
Another Vacancy: Chief Project Manager (Signal & Telecom)
In a separate notification, NHSRCL has also invited applications for the post of Chief Project Manager (Signal & Telecom) at Ahmedabad.
The post is open to IRSSE officers in Level-14 or Level-15 with at least 14 years of Group A service and engineering qualification in electronics or related fields.
Candidates must have extensive experience in modern signalling systems such as CBTC, ATPI, or ERTMS, along with expertise in contract management. Familiarity with FIDIC and JICA contract conditions is desirable.
The tenure and application conditions are similar, with deputation for five years and strict eligibility and service requirements.
