RITES Issues Vacancy Circular for Electrical Posts on Deputation and Immediate Absorption Basis
New Delhi 06 June 2026: RITES Limited, a Navratna enterprise under the Government of India, has issued a vacancy circular inviting applications for two posts in the Electrical discipline on deputation and immediate absorption basis.
The recruitment is being conducted for the posts of Senior Manager, Manager and Assistant Manager Electrical across various projects of the organisation. Officials working in JE, SSE, Group B and Junior Scale Electrical cadres are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have experience in electrical works in Indian Railways or equivalent government organisations.
Age Limit
Maximum age 55 years for immediate absorption
Maximum age 57 years for deputation
Pay Scale and Designation
Level 6 JE SSE Assistant Manager Electrical
Level 7 SSE Manager Electrical
Level 8 to 10 Senior Manager Electrical
Selected candidates will be entitled to parent pay plus deputation allowance and other admissible benefits as per Government of India rules.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on merit and assessment of the following criteria
Educational qualifications
Vigilance and DAR clearance
Performance in service based on APARs of last five years
Interview including domain knowledge managerial ability and overall suitability
Minimum qualifying marks
60 percent for deputation candidates
75 percent for immediate absorption candidates
