Mr. Shijil Subash PS, Manager (HR), Mr. Sachin V Mathew, Manager (Maint) and Mr. Balagirish J, Manager (Finance) represented Team Kochi Refinery that bagged the coveted rolling trophy for the year. The 2024 version of NIPM Young Managers Contest (YMC 2024) in Association with V Guard Industries Ltd., Rajagiri Business School and Rajagiri Collage of Social Sciences(Autonomous) highlights the impact that HR teams in Kerala have generated to power HR / People Practices.
