Gurugram: NSPCL [NTPC-SAIL Power Company Limited] won the coveted Gold Award for “Excellence in Change Management”. The results of the Economic Times Human Capital Awards 2023 were announced on 22nd February 2024 at the ET HR World Nextech HR Summit India held at Gurugram.

All nominated entries were evaluated by a jury panel of a balanced mix of Industry leaders and Academicians. Ms. Premlata, GM (HR), NSPCL & Sh. Abdul Waseem, DGM (HR), NSPCL received the award on behalf of NSPCL.

The Award is a testament to NSPCL’s consistent efforts towards building an agile workforce to contribute towards growth & progressing in today’s volatile & dynamic business environment.
