Bank of Baroda Finalizes Auditors for FY26: Appoints Five Firms Including Two New SCAs
Bank of Baroda appoints five Chartered Accountant firms (three continuing, two new: Ravi Rajan & Co LLP and Gokhale & Sathe) as Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Mumbai, November 27, 2025: Bank of Baroda (BoB) has announced the appointment and re-appointment of its Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025–26, in accordance with SEBI regulations. The bank has finalised a total of five Chartered Accountant firms for the upcoming audit cycle, comprising three continuing firms and two newly appointed firms.
The continuing audit firms are M/s Shah Gupta & Co., M/s V. Sankar Aiyar & Co., and M/s Batliboi & Purohit, all based in Mumbai. Each of these firms will be serving their third consecutive year as Statutory Central Auditors for the bank.
The newly inducted firms are M/s Ravi Rajan & Co LLP from Delhi and M/s Gokhale & Sathe from Mumbai. Both firms are joining the SCA panel for the first year, replacing the outgoing firms M/s Khandelwal Jain & Co. and M/s S Venkatram & Co LLP, which have completed their prescribed tenure.
In the annexure provided by the bank, BoB highlighted the strong professional backgrounds of the selected audit firms. M/s Batliboi & Purohit, one of India's oldest accounting firms, was established in 1907. M/s V. Sankar Aiyar & Co. has been in practice since 1952, while M/s Shah Gupta & Co. was founded in 1976. The inclusion of experienced firms reinforces Bank of Baroda’s commitment to robust financial oversight and regulatory compliance.
