Central Bank of India Signs MoU with UP Forest Corporation for Salary Accounts

Lucknow, September 8, 2026: Central Bank of India, Lucknow Zone, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Uttar Pradesh Forest Corporation to offer Cent Prestige Salary Accounts to the Corporation’s employees.

The MoU was formally signed by Shri D. K. Arjwani, General Manager & Zonal Head, Lucknow Zone, Central Bank of India, and Shri Sujoy Banerjee, IFS, Additional Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh Forest Corporation.

Objective of the Partnership

The collaboration is aimed at strengthening institutional ties between the two organisations while extending premium banking solutions and exclusive benefits to the employees of Uttar Pradesh Forest Corporation.

Through the Cent Prestige Salary Account, employees are expected to get access to a range of value-added banking services, preferential offerings and customised financial solutions designed for salaried customers.

 

Significance

Such institutional partnerships help public sector banks expand their salary account base while providing organised sector employees with convenient and feature-rich banking facilities. For Uttar Pradesh Forest Corporation, the arrangement offers its workforce access to specialised banking products under a structured salary account framework.
