NMDC Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

The company informed BSE Limited, the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited through a regulatory filing dated November 5, 2026, under Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

NMDC also announced that its trading window has remained closed for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until November 14, 2026. The restriction will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
