Federal Bank Allots 1.75 Lakh Equity Shares Under Employee Stock Option Schemes
Federal Bank allotted 1,74,972 equity shares of ₹2 each following the exercise of options under ESOS 2010, ESOS 2017 and ESIS 2023.
Mumbai: The Federal Bank Limited has allotted a total of 1,74,972 equity shares of face value ₹2 each to eligible option grantees following the exercise of stock options under three employee stock option schemes on November 5, 2026.
The allotments, approved by the bank’s Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, are as follows:

ESOS 2010: 10,914 equity shares

ESOS 2017: 1,59,433 equity shares

ESIS 2023: 4,625 equity shares
The bank disclosed the allotments in a regulatory filing dated November 5, 2026, submitted to BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India. The shares were allotted after receipt of payment from the allottees.
