Central Bank of India has informed stock exchanges about a strike notice issued by the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) over various demands.
Strikes Planned on Multiple Dates
The UFBU has announced strikes on September 11, September 28–30, 2026, followed by a continuous strike from October 26, 2026.
The bank said it is taking necessary steps under existing guidelines to ensure smooth functioning of its branches and offices if the strikes take place.
