Deepak Agarwal joins as Head of Strategy and transformation at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank

Mr. Deepak Agarwal has taken charge as the Head of Strategy and transformation at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

Mr. Agarwal brings with him rich experience in strategy and transformation driving strategy formulation, large scale transformation and business outcomes. He brings with him diverse knowledge and experience gained across multiple markets such as India, USA, South East Asia, and Middle East.

In his previous roles, he has helped financial services institutions formulate mid to long term strategy, detail out execution plan, implement large scale transformation to achieve their growth and profitability objectives. He last held the position of Head of Retail Business Strategy at Axis Bank and previously worked with Mastercard, Deloitte and KPMG.

He holds an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai (SPJIMR) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Delhi Technical University, Delhi (erstwhile Delhi College of Engineering).
