Chennai, 16 September 2025: Mr. Dheeraj Mohan, Head of Strategy, Customer Experience & Investor Relations, BI & Analytics (Senior Management Personnel) of the Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited, had submitted his resignation, citing personal reasons. The resignation has been accepted by the management today, i.e., September 16, 2025, and shall be effective from the close of business hours on November 21, 2025.
Dheeraj Mohan, Head of Strategy and IR and Analytics and CE at Equitas Small Finance Bank, brings experience from previous roles at Anand Rathi Securities, Edelweiss Financial Services, Pioneer InvestCorp Ltd, and CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mar Ivanios College. With a robust skill set that includes marketing, investments, team management, wealth management, mutual funds, and more.
