New Delhi, February 6, 2026: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a government-owned enterprise, has released the list of shortlisted candidates for six Senior Deputy General Manager (Civil) positions for its Civil Department across India. The announcement follows Advertisement No. 26/2025 dated September 17, 2025.
As per the notification:

Eligible candidates will be called for a viva-voce interview and are advised to regularly check the RVNL website for updates.

Provisionally eligible candidates must submit supporting documents, including proof of current CTC and experience, by February 13, 2026.

Ineligible candidates may submit representations with supporting documents within one week, i.e., by February 13, 2026.
The eligibility list includes candidates from various communities and age groups. The selection process ensures transparency, meritocracy, and adherence to the advertised criteria, including experience, qualifications, and salary benchmarks.
RVNL’s Additional General Manager/HR, R.K. Malhotra, emphasized that no correspondence will be considered beyond the stipulated deadlines.
This move is part of RVNL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its civil engineering team to support infrastructure projects nationwide.
