The Central Government has extended the tenure of the Executive Directors of the major public sector banks.

The Central Government has extended the tenure of the Executive Directors of the major public sector banks. Shri Joydeep Dutta Roy (DOB: 01.07.1972), Executive Director, Indian Overseas Bank, has given an extension for a period of three years beyond 20.10.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Shri M. Paramasivam, Executive Director of the Punjab National Bank, has been given an extension beyond his currently notified term ending on 30th November, 2025, until the date of his superannuation, i.e., 31st March, 2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Shri Rajendra Kumar Saboo, Executive Director, UCO Bank, has been given an extension for a further period of three years beyond his currently notified term ending on 20th November, 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Shri Malladi Venkat Murali Krishna, Executive Director, Central Bank of India, has been given an extension beyond his currently notified term, which expires on 30.11.2025, until the date of his superannuation, i.e., 31.07.2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Shri Nitesh Ranjan, Executive Director of the Union Bank of India, has been given an extension for a period of three years beyond his currently notified term, which is ending on 09.03.2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
