HDFC Ltd Dividend: Board confirms Record Date on 27 th June for Eligible Members
HDFC Ltd sets June 27, 2025 as record date for Rs 22 dividend per share, payout after August 11 post AGM approval.
Private Sector lender HDFC Ltd has announced the record date for the payment of dividend to eligible shareholders of the bank.
According to the exchange filing made, the bank had informed about the recommendation of Board of Directors of the Bank for payment of dividend of Rs. 22 per equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Bank on 19 April, 2025 and thus record date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive such dividend is Friday, June 27, 2025,
Further it should be noted that dividend, if approved by the shareholders of the Bank at the AGM, shall be paid on or after Monday, August 11, 2025.
The 31st AGM of the Bank will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 02.00 p.m. Indian Standard Time. Shares of HDFC Ltd are surged by 1.44% at Rs 1,963.10 at the time of closing bells.
