IDBI Bank Re-appoints Shri T.N.Manoharan as Part-Time Chairman
Shri T.N. Manoharan re-appointed as Part-time Chairman of IDBI Bank for a three-year term, as approved by the Board on May 8, 2025.

IDBI Bank has announced that Shri T.N. Manoharan has been re-appointed as Part-time Chairman of the Bank for a period of three years.
This is to inform that the Board of Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd. on May 8, 2025 approved the re-appointment of Shri T. N. Manoharan (DIN: 01186248) as Part-time Chairman of the Bank for a period of three years with effect from May 9, 2025, subject to his re-appointment as Independent Director by Shareholders of the Bank, as per approval of the RBI received in this regard, it stated in an exchange filing.
Shri T.N. Manoharan grew up in a village with Agriculture as the main occupation. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 has exposure in Accounting and Finance for over 41 years.

Besides, being a law graduate, has been practicing in Taxation, Company Law and other allied Laws. Having served in the Committees constituted by the Reserve Bank of India and as Non-Executive Chairman of Canara Bank for 5 years, has reasonable experience in Banking, Information Technology and Human Resources.
As a member of Risk Management Committee in Tech Mahindra and Mahindra & Mahindra, has exposure in Risk Management.
