New Delhi, October 1, 2025: The Board of Directors of the IDFC First Bank on September 30, 2025, approved the appointment of Mr. Narendra Ostawal as an Additional Director, in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (nominee of Currant Sea), on the Board of the Bank, with effect from September 30, 2025, liable to retire by rotation, subject to approval of Shareholders of the Bank.
Mr. Narendra Ostawal is a Managing Director and leads Warburg Pincus’s investment advisory activities in India. He joined Warburg Pincus in 2007 and since then has been working with the firm’s Indian affiliate.
Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Ostawal was an Associate with 3i India and McKinsey & Company. He holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
