According to the exchange filing, the Board In its Meeting held today August 28, 2025, has inter-alia, considered and approved the appointment of Shri R V S Ramanjaneya Kumar, General Manager, as Head of Credit Monitoring and Recovery Department (CMRD).

Shri. Ramanjaneya Kumar R V S is an experienced Banker with over 33 years of experience in roles across Development Banking, Commercial Banking and Asset Recoveries.
He joined the Bank as Deputy General Manager on 16.08.2017, and worked in various roles of Divisional Manager, Cluster - Head Business Banking, and Head of Commercial Banking Group.
