Pankaj Gupta assumes charge as Chief Digital Officer at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank

Mumbai: Mr. Pankaj Gupta, has joined as the Chief Digital Officer of the Ujjivan Small Finance Bank with effect from February 17, 2026.

Mr. Pankaj Gupta is a Transformation Leader with 30+ Years of cross functional experience across IT, Cloud, DC, Applications & Managed services, Telecom services, Digital and Analytics services. He served many banks as a service provider and in his last role as the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at Karnataka Bank, he anchored a wholistic Digital transformation for Karnataka Bank and was instrumental in creating the Digital & Analytics Centres of Excellence.

Prior to Karnataka Bank, he previously worked in leadership roles with reputed companies like Sify Technologies Ltd., HCL Services Ltd., Wipro Infotech, Acer India (Pvt) Ltd and Godrej Pacific Technology Ltd.

He holds a PG Diploma in Marketing with International Business from NMIMS, Mumbai and B.E in Electronics & Communications from MREC, Jaipur.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited is an Indian small finance bank based in Bengaluru, which commenced operations on 1 February 2017.
