PNB Announces Change in Senior Management Assignment
Punjab National Bank disclosed a change in assignment for a General Manager, Zonal Office, Hyderabad, effective Nov 26, 2025, in compliance with SEBI Regulation 30.

New Delhi: Punjab National Bank (PNB), a prominent public sector bank, has announced an internal change in the assignment of a key member of its senior management.
Following Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the bank informed the stock exchanges of the change, effective from November 26, 2025.
Details of the Change
The bank stated that a General Manager from the Zonal Office in Hyderabad has taken on a new role as General Manager of the Zonal Office in Hyderabad. While the location and rank remain the same, this reflects a change in the internal portfolio or specific responsibilities tied to the General Manager role in that zone.
Brief Profile: The General Manager holds a degree, a Diploma in Management, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). They have more than 23 years of experience with the bank.
Bikramjit Shorn, Company Secretary, signed the disclosure and submitted it to the stock exchanges for information and record.
