PNB Housing Finance: Vipin Malhotra Takes Charge of Internal Audit Function
PNB Housing Finance has announced a key management change as Ajay Kumar Mohanty retires on 29 November 2025. Vipin Malhotra, a seasoned audit professional with global certifications and over 23 years of experience, will take charge of the Internal Audit function from 30 November 2025.
PNB Housing Finance Limited has announced a change in its senior management team. The company confirmed that Ajay Kumar Mohanty, Head of Internal Audit and Chief of Internal Vigilance, retired from service on 29 November 2025 after office hours.
Following his superannuation, the company has appointed Vipin Malhotra as the new head of the Internal Audit function, effective 30 November 2025.
Vipin Malhotra is a highly experienced audit and finance professional with more than 23 years of industry experience. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds several international certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified Fraud Examiner. He has previously worked with Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, LIC Housing Finance, and Ashok Leyland Finance in key audit and risk roles.
The company stated that this move will strengthen its internal controls and reinforce governance standards.
