CMPDI Awards Course Completion Certificates to 80 Trainees at CIPET Ranchi
Ranchi, March 16, 2026: Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI) successfully distributed course completion certificates to 80 trainees who completed the four-month Skill Development Training Programme under CMPDI’s CSR initiative at the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Ranchi.
The programme, aimed at enhancing employability and technical skills in the plastics processing sector, offered both theoretical and practical training in modern industrial processes, including:

Machine Operator – Plastics Processing (MO-PP)

Machine Operator – Injection Moulding (MO-IM)
Following successful completion, the trainees are now prepared to be employed in various plastics industries across India, contributing to the government’s Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative by promoting skill development and self-reliance.
The certificates were distributed by Dr. Shishir Dutta, General Manager (HRD/CSR), CMPDI, in a ceremony attended by Shri Avneet Kumar Joshi, Director and Head of CIPET, along with other CMPDI and CIPET officials. The initiative underscores CMPDI’s commitment to empowering youth with industry-relevant skills and strengthening workforce capabilities in India’s plastics sector.
