Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar's Tenure as Bank of Baroda ED Extended
The Central Government has extended Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar’s tenure as Executive Director at Bank of Baroda until his retirement in 2028.
MUMBAI: The Central Government has extended the term of Shri Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar, an Executive Director at Bank of Baroda. His tenure, which was set to end on December 31, 2025, has been extended until his retirement on July 31, 2028, or until further notice, whichever comes first.
The extension was announced through a government notification dated September 15, 2025. The decision follows the powers given by the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970.
This move ensures continuous leadership for the bank and was officially shared with the stock exchanges as required by SEBI regulations.
