ACC appoints Chief Vigilance Officers in major PSUs
The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has appointed CVOs in major public sector companies.
New Delhi, 15 September 2025: The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has appointed CVOs in major public sector companies.
The government has approved the appointment of Shri Raj Kumar, ITS (1997), as CVO in IRCON International Ltd., Delhi, under the Ministry of Railways for an initial period of 3 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Shri C Neelakanta Reddy, IRSSE (1997), was appointed as CVO in National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (NMDC), Hyderabad, under the Ministry of Steel for an initial period of 3 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Shri Pankaj Porwal, ITS (1994), was appointed as CVO in Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd. (SJVNL), Shimla, under the Ministry of Power for an initial period of 3 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
In addition, the government has approved the appointment of Shri Jawahar Lal, IRSME (1999), as CVO, Minerals & Metals Trading Corporation Ltd. (MMTC), Delhi, under the Department of Commerce for a period up to 13.02.2028 (combined deputation tenure of five years in non-CSS posts) from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Also, Ms. Amrita Darpan Jain, IRAS (2001), has been CVO, Delhi Development Authority (DOA), Delhi, under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs for an initial period of 3 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
