Roli Singh (IAS) appointed as Chairperson of National Authority Weapons Convention
She would replace Ms. Sukriti Likhi, IAS (HY:93), who has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty. Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence on 01.10.2025.
New Delhi, 22 August 2025: Ms. Roli Singh, IAS (RJ:94), Additional Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare, as Chairperson, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention, in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
She would replace Ms. Sukriti Likhi, IAS (HY:93), who has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty. Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence on 01.10.2025.
Roli Singh, an IAS officer of the 1994 batch from the Rajasthan cadre, is a female civil servant born on 10/03/1969. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Delhi University, along with an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics. Currently serving as Additional Secretary at the Department of Health & Family Welfare, she is proficient in English and Hindi.
