The central government has approved the appointment of two major officials at the joint secretary level.
New Delhi, 29 May 2025: The central government has approved the appointment of two major officials at the joint secretary level.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri K C Devasenapathi, lAS (CG:2007) as Secretary (JS level), Coastal Aquaculture Authority (CAA), Chennai under the Department of Fisheries with pay at Level 14 (Rs.1,44,200-2,18,200/-) of the Pay Matrix, for a combined tenure of seven years up to 18.08.2028 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri M. Muthukumar, lAS (00:2008) as Director (Finance) (JS level), Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI), Kalpakkam under the Department of Atomic Energy with pay at Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200/-) of the Pay Matrix, for an overall tenure of five years up to 23.06.2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
