New Delhi, August 14, 2025: The Government has approved the appointment for the post of Deputy Secretary in the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), New Delhi, and in the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, Delhi on deputation basis under the Central Staffing Scheme.
The Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Shri Lal Jha, IOFS (2012) for the post of Deputy Secretary in the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), New Delhi, on deputation basis under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of 4 years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Ms. Pooja Awana, IPS (RJ: 2012), has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Investment & Public Asset Management, Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme for period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.
Both of the officers would be relieved of their duties immediately with instructions to take up the new assignment.
