HPCL's HRRL Drives Environmental Stewardship with Mega Plantation Campaign in Rajasthan
Balotra: Following the landmark dedication of the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) to the Nation by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, HRRL organized a massive mega plantation drive on July 4, 2026. This initiative marks a major step forward in the company's ongoing commitment to ecological conservation, sustainable development, and environmental sustainability.
The high-profile green initiative was formally inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chairman & Managing Director of HPCL, alongside the District Magistrate of Balotra. Senior leadership from both HPCL and HRRL commenced the drive by planting initial saplings at the Inaugural Park located within the HRRL Complex.

Crossing the 1.5 Lakh Sapling Milestone
In a massive boost to the region's localized green cover, approximately 30,000 saplings were successfully planted during this single-day drive. This achievement propels the cumulative plantation count across the vast HRRL Complex to over 1.5 lakh saplings, establishing a significant milestone in combating regional ecological challenges and fostering a healthier ecosystem.
